A film by Pascal Baumgartner Discussion after the screening

The film presents this very special place in the commune of Meyrin in Geneva, which celebrated its 20th anniversary. It is a place of remembrance for families unable to mourn their dead or put flowers on a grave. It was inaugurated on 7 October 2000 at the initiative of some fifteen associations of Geneva residents in Switzerland from countries affected by forced disappearance. Since then, many actions and ceremonies have taken place there. The association has also worked hard to implement the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance.
