This round table offers a look at food sovereignty as a tool to fight against global warming and the social precarity of peasants and marginalized urban households, especially single-parent families. What proposals already exist, what is required to progress towards real equality in terms of access to adequate and sustainable food? What is the impact on women who bear the brunt of providing food for the household?
