Fundamental rights in Geneva: the potential of our Constitution to improve them

Geneva will soon be equipped with a new mechanism for evaluating fundamental rights. A report by civil society has been submitted to the authorities and a bill is being drafted, but what formula will really improve the protection of the rights of the inhabitants of our canton? A cantonal commission? A new mandate for La Cour des Comptes? Experts and members of the Parliament will be there to debate the matter.
